How to order custom jewelry in Fuengirola
The process for designing the perfect piece of jewelry is divided into four steps:

Tell us what kind of jewelry you want to create: engagement rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, or other customizable jewelry. You can choose the style that best suits you.
- We will present you with a custom jewelry design sketch, with a wide range of options: precious metals of different colors, always 18-karat gold, and a carefully selected collection of high-quality gemstones.
- You will receive a detailed quote for the manufacture of your personalized piece of jewelry. Once approved, we will get to work in the artisan jewelry workshop to turn your idea into reality.
- Finally, we deliver your finished piece of jewelry, with its certificate of authenticity. A unique piece of jewelry, custom-made and designed to last.
Jewelry renovation or repair
In addition to creating from scratch, at our jewelry atelier in Fuengirola, we also offer the possibility of repairing or giving a new life to your pieces with our jewelry restoration and repair service. Whether they are antique or inherited jewelry, or simply deteriorated over time, we can transform them without losing their essence. Is any purchase final and non-refundable?
Items will not be returned if they do not retain their original packaging or if their security seals have been removed.
Products that have been tried and used and can no longer be sold as new will not be returned, unless they are damaged during shipping.
Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery will not be returned.
Loose accessories that complement other main base products will not be accepted.
Items made to the consumer's specifications (custom jewelry, etc.) or personalized at the customer's request (engravings, etc.) will not be returned.

When will I receive my order?
We will work to ship your order as soon as possible. Once it ships, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks to produce and ship; if for reasons beyond the control of Eva Reina Jewelry the order has to be delayed, the customer will be notified via email.
Orders for in-stock items or completed custom orders will be delivered within 24-72 hours within peninsular Spanish territory; Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days for the purpose of merchandise delivery.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handcrafted in our workshop in Fuengirola, Malaga (Spain). We work with first-grade silver and gold and natural precious and semi-precious stones.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping cost before making your purchase.
Generally, shipping costs for small volume orders with a maximum weight of 2 kg will be €8. For shipments with higher tonnage and volume, shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase process.
Shipping costs do not include import duties or customs fees, which will be paid at destination by the recipient of the goods. If the shipment, once it arrives at its destination, incurs customs and handling fees and the customer refuses to pay them, this amount will be deducted from the refund of their purchase.
Free shipping cases:
Shipping will be free in mainland Spain for purchases over €100.
